Creamy Bacon Pasta

Ingredients:

• 1 cup bacon, chopped
• 1/4 sweet chilli sauce
• 250ml cream
• 4 medium courgettes, sliced
• 1 Tbsp dry chicken stock
• 1 cup cheese, grated
• 200g dried pasta, cooked

Method:

1. Cook pasta per instructions on packet, and set aside
2. Fry bacon in pan
3. Add sweet chilli sauce, stir through
4. Add cream, courgettes and chicken stock
5. Cook for 5 minutes
6. Lastly add 1 cup grated cheese and the pasta
7. Salt and Pepper to taste
