Beer Roasted Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 can of beer
- 2 whole chickens
- poultry seasoning
- salt and pepper
- 6 cloves of garlic
- rosemary
- veges
- Vertical chicken rack with beer holder
Method
- Preheat BBQ
- Rub the outside of the skin with poultry seasoning, lightly covering entire chicken with salt and pepper
- Empty half the can of beer into jug and set aside
- Place the garlic and 2-3 sprigs of rosemary into the beer can
- Place the can in the holder then place the chicken over the can (insert the can into the stomach cavity)
- Place veges, and beer in dish and season
- Cook for 30min per 500g
